Section 64
Don't encourage rioting
(1) No one shall encourage any person to commit a riot with the intention of causing a riot or with the knowledge that a riot may occur.
(2) A person who gives incitement according to sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for up to one year if the riot has occurred and six months if the riot has not occurred or with a fine of up to five thousand rupees or with both.
